Joe is adept at working with partners to cut through technical jargon and find the right path connecting the project budget to the project's goals.

Shannon is an experienced digital media, marketing, and technology professional with over 20 years of executive management, business development, strategic consulting, and customer lifecycle success, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful business solutions. 

Shannon has a diverse industry portfolio across entertainment, non-profit, association, education, technology, healthcare, fintech, tourism, and legal sectors.

Stephen is a dynamic MarCom-award-winning creative director, and Telly-award-winning producer and director, as well as a published author. He has a wide range of experience in all facets of creative design, digital marketing, and event design. His keen ability to assimilate emerging technologies enables clients to deliver effective, relevant, and profitable solutions for successful business initiatives.

He has conceived, coded, patented and brought to market a wide array of digital media, web, and multimedia solutions.

John brings more than a decade of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and banking to his work with RightHand Digital clients. A graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Economics, he began his career in retail and commercial banking before moving into financial software and consulting with Sage Software and CARFAX. His background gives him a unique ability to bridge numbers and strategy. As a small business owner himself, John understands the unique role that local banks play in supporting community economic development.

Nadia is a creative, data-driven thinker who is passionate about solving complex problems elegantly. She has over 8 years of experience in UX and is currently leading the research focus area of a 20-person UX team. Nearly all of her experience is in heavily regulated industries and she is accustomed to coming up with creative solutions with limited resources.
